I had the same bank account linked for Many years, on the 1st of August (Australia) the Account Linked disappeared and so a payment didn't go through. There was message that said bank authorisation needed. When trying to relink the bank account details, I get an Error message that says "We can't process your request right now. Please try again later." I've tried every day since 1st of August 24. using the App and Desktop to log in and try but same message keeps coming up. Went to my bank and its not their end. Can someone please help, I work 12hr night shifts and an unable to call during their supported hours, and there doesn't seem to be a support email contact, only phone call. I have a 4 Part Payment thing coming up and I don't want to default on it. Any help you have I would be Grateful for. 🙂
