I ordered somethings on SHEIN but never received them but DHL claimed to have delivered it. This isn’t the first time something like that had happened to me. PayPal closed the case in Favour of the seller because of tracking information. Does that even prove anything? How did they come about the conclusion that I actually received my package just by tracking information. Not that I signed anything or something. I’m highly disappointed at how PayPal handle issues. Same thing happened years ago where I was scammed but I wasn’t favoured because of tracking information. How do I actually get my money back? Do I need to get legal? The amount is over 400 Euros
