Hello, I tired to open an account with my primary email today and was notified there is an existing account with my email (See Below). So I went to recover the password and was met with information that I have never been associated with. I contacted PayPal and was told that email was not associated with an account, but I would have to use a different email. So why can I not make an account with this email then? is someone fraudulently using my email or is there a problem with PayPal's system? *I had to use an old email to make an account I can use.* Below is the password reset info that is not associated with me. I would like to get confirmation that their system is not working correctly, and get this resolved so I can use MY email. I do not want to be part of a federal investigation due to someone fraudulently using my info, and them thinking it is me. if there is no account associated with the email, why does it say there is???
