I purchased an item from a store and transferred the money to my pay pay account to cover in but another payment must of gone out in the meantime leaving not enough money in my paypal account to cover the cost. I got an email today to say it will be taken from my bank account but I have since returned the item to the retailer. What should i do in this situation please as I have not kept the item so if I transfer the money now how can i be sure it will be refunded ? I dont want to incur any charges for not paying it but as I say I have returned the item. Thanks
