Someone ordered a book and I shipped it to the address, which PayPal said was "confirmed." The buyer never received the book. I shipped him a replacement. He never received that book, either. The postal service returned both books saying the there was no such address. I asked the buyer to confirm his shipping address; he did not respond. The postal service, as of today, returned both books to me--the one shipped in May, and the replacement shipped in July. Since the returned books were signed and personalized to a unique name and with a unique inscription, I can not resell them. At this point, I am out the cost of two books and a lot of shipping expense. This being because the buyer furnished a bad address, and because PayPal said it was a "confirmed" shipping address. I looked for a form under seller protection to submit my claim, but couldn't find the appropriate form. Could someone please steer me in the right direction? Thanks.
