I want to Charge Up the Money on my Phone with PayPal as i usually do. But IT doesnt Work. I usually pay with mei Bankkonto, but when i try to Charge Up my Phone now PayPal wants me to add a debit or Credit Card. Doesnt IT Work with the bankingaccount anymore?
