When I signed in to my account, I was told to send in a Photo ID. When I submitted my Photo ID, i received a notification that I couldn't use PayPal anymore, even though I barely used it. I don't know what I did against the User Agreement that caused my account to be locked, I am 18 years old and I started this account today. This is the notification I received: Because of potential risk exposure, we've permanently limited your account. You'll no longer be able to use the account for any transactions. @linkstomembers
