My account has been restricted for over a month. We've been Paypal business customers for over 6 years and all of a sudden just got this message that we cant transfer money out. Multiple calls to Paypal and they've responded with "We are doing this because our policy states we can. We have no visibility over why its happened. You will just have to wait for us to get in touch with you". No amount of escalations work. I've emailed the escalations team, called multiple times and they all have the same response. Does anyone have any advice? Our money is being locked up and it sucks because its money meant for suppliers and staff and there's nothing we can do.
