Lost in phone transfer

First call agent was so rude to me.  She kept interrupting and kept saying I was wrong.  I asked to be transferred to another agent but she didn't transfer me  and just escalated without me even offering guy a partial refund.   I called back and reached someone warm and understanding.  He said he understands my concerns and will be talking with a supervisor to  resolve my issue.  I was placed on hold and another agent picks up and said he has no knowledge of me being on hold and asks me to start all over!    He says he will transfer me to the appropriate department.  I wait on hold and get disconnected.  I call back and get a message PayPal is closed for the evening.     First bad experience.  Have to start all over tomorrow.  #frustrated       ... Global Shipping Program PIA

A buyer purchased a 40 pound item from me and the shipping address is ebay global shipping center in Kentucky.  I went to PayPal shipping to check rates on shipping.  At first it had my return address as gibberish that I never heard of.  After changing it back it shows the buyer's address is in Canada.  The shipping program will not allow me to change the address to the center in Kentucky, where I am supposed to send the item to.  It lets me change the address but it will not allow me to change the country from Canada to United States.  Can someone please help. Twice in the past week I spent more than thirty minutes on the phone with a PayPal customer service agent with a few issues I'm having.  The first time the guy was so helpful, I even wrote how good he was on the survey.  A week later I did not see the credits he claimed he was going to post to my account.  I had to call PP with a different issue and then at the end asked about the previous issue.  The man said there was no mention of it on the computer and to tell me the story again.  Frustrated I went through everything again and I hung up satisfied on how helpful the man was.  Now it is week three and it looks like the first guy and the second guy did nothing they said they would.  Really, I have to call a third time?  Any suggestions?  Please! ... It is extremly frustrating that I have to keep logging into Paypal.  If I leave the window open for just a few minutes without using it I get logged off.  I can see this being a security measure if you are in a public place but sitting here at home it is a pain.  Can't Paypal just have a button "Keep me logged in until I sign out?".  I'm home, nobody is going to do anything, I promise. .... ... The government is passing credit card reform.  The companies are limited on how they can charge you fees.  While there are specific rules in place the banks have found loopholes to charge other fees and make more money that way.  Saw it on PBS Frontline.  The show should be on the PBS website ... I have no idea what documents they are talking about.  I stupidly clicked the link, then closed the browser and changed my password.   On eBay you can check the messges on your eBay inbox.  I look in there if the email is suspicious, it would be nice if they had that here too.     Hello (YES MY FULL NAME WAS HERE), This message confirms that we have received the documents you sent to PayPal.
