I opened a dispute for a subscription charge that posted after I had finished using the seller's service. The seller responded stating not only do I owe that charge, but asking that PayPal reinstate the monthly subscription (I had cancelled it). If I escalate this, can PayPal side with the seller and reinstate that monthly subscription by force on my account without my approval?
