Sent $50 deposit for a Surron Bike to seller thru goods and services. He says cancel and resent cashapp but payment is completed.He go ing me runaround. I believe he is a scammer. My son is very upset but I needed to show him what can happen but I'm not gonna lie Im Livid. Is there anything we can do to recoup. Is this bike covered by buyer protection?
