Hiya! Your best bet is to contact pay pal to directly unfreeze the account and to find out exactly why it has been frozen!   Hope this helps 🙂   - Autumn ... View more

Hiya!   Sounds like it's the manufacturers issue. You may be able to report the transaction to PayPal for them to investigate the issue. I Suggest reading through the company's policies for where you got the freezer from. If not, you could try to ask a different support person at AEG who can help assist. It may be also worth contacting the wholesaler who sold the freezer to see if there is anything else they can do to solve the issue!   I hope this helps!   - Autumn ... View more

Hiya!   Yes, you can 🙂 Outside of your monthly payments you can select 'Other Amount' when managing the payments on the dashboard and put in the amount in you want to pay in between payment dates to make a manual payment. The quicker you pay stuff back the quicker the credit balance is paid off and the interest will be lower.   As in terms of a fee...a fee only occurs when you miss a scheduled payment. Often the fee is £12 for late repayments.   Follow the link as @kernowlass  said to the information on about paypal credit 🙂   Note:  It can take 30-35 days for your first direct debit payment to be issued upon a purchase/when opening an account via PayPal credit.     Let us know if you have any issues,   - Autumn   ... Do you know what PayPal credit statements/re-payments start being issued? I have seen on some web pages with help its around 30-35 days. Can someone confirm that. I have tried asking Customer Support but no answer yet. ... View more

Hiya! I'm currently took out a PayPal credit and my limit is £800, I wanna ask question (isn't about pay with 3), when the statements come through for the first monthly repayments for example let's say the monthly repayments were £80 for how long the period agreed, can you pay more than the monthly payments back that are shown? And once the credit is paid off fully does the credit then will go back up to full showing £800 as that's my limit on the agreement (if you have only took out one purchase with PayPal credit) So to pay extra (if I can) would I input what I want to pay back shown as 'other amount' and what happens once you paid off the credit balance that you borrowed? For those wondering I bought a TV off Currys for £240 Note I cannot add the screenshot onto the post. And note this about PayPal credit and not paying in 3 or 4. ... View more
