Hi, I have received payments from friends before, but this is no longer working. When people try to send me money, they receive an error message that the recipient is currently unable to receive money. Tried to call PayPal but was thrown out of their line after an hour of waiting.. never got to talk to anyone.. really outstanding customer service!
