My PayPal USA account has been deactivated by PayPal. Is there some kind of formal process I can use for an appeal? Context - we sell a product that requires a high level of customer education. Last year we had a high number of disputes because American customers didn't read our web-copy properly and wanted to return the product. This must've triggered something within PayPal that locked and eventually closed our account. This year we've vastly improved our online material. Our PayPal accounts in Australia, Singapore and Europe are all healthy. I want to know if we can reopen our USA account and if so, how? Thanks,
