15 of May i sent 2,900 from my personal account in Coinbase in order to send them in my Bank and Paypal blocked the funds for no reason. I am sending messages through the message center, i am calling the help lines 3-4 times and still not solving my issue and not giving me a reason for blocking my funds. Paypal has blocked my funds and sent an email with no specific information about the reason. The statement (in the email sent to me) 'If there are funds in your PayPal balance, they will be held for 180 days to cover any disputes your buyers may open' is totally false and illegal. The account is personal not business and of course i have never used to receive funds from clients. I do not accept the funds to be blocked for 180, i demand the funds to be unblocked so i can transfer them in my personal account in my bank (which i have successfully verified through Paypal) or send them back to the origin (Coinbase). I have already called the customer service and appealed for this illegal action of Paypal (REF ICA 2866071) with again no reply! After many calls another request was to verify my address which i did by sending 2 different bank statements from very weel known financial institutions. My funds still blocked. Ps. Paypal knows my name, my passport number, my address and each time a new representative with a first name only replies to my very serious queries. This is totally inappropriate for a company of the size of Paypal. Paypal should declare the name and surname of the customer service representatives and have dedicated representative for such cases. This is a very unpleasant situation and no need to say that all my rights are reserved.
