I don't appreciate the total automation of the help center. Specifically, there is no way to simply send an email to customer service or technical help, only page after page of "Common Questions" pages. I pay a fee for my transactions with PayPal and expect better service.
My current issue is: PayPal Invoice Reminders I recently did a test with invoice reminders. Unfortunately, it didn't go very well.
#1 The subject line (the message that iv'e created) in the invoice reminder, doesn't show up anywhere in the email.
#2 Only 50% of the reminders I sent (To myself) actually went through.
I am bringing this to your attention because I've noticed a delinquency in payments via invoice reminders lately.
All of this is quite unacceptable.
