Hello, I made an online payment with PayPal, there was enough money in my bank account when I did the purchase, but during the time that paypal took to take this money off of my bank account, I accidentally made a cash withdrawal. This withdrawal took the amount on my account below the amount of the purchase. Paypal was not able to take the money off my account. As soon as I could, I put money back on my account so that the money could go through. I did that and paypal received the amount. But now a few days later, the balance on my paypal account i negative and to top it up, paypal is taking the amount of the purchase again off of my account ? I don't understand why I now had to pay double ? PayPal didn't even mention what happens when they can't get the money. Can someone help ? Thank you Recap : I payed 36€ (x2), Deutsche Bahn got 36€.
