I need help, does PayPal put your money on hold even if the sender confirms the receipt? My account is really new, it was created 2 days ago. I was told that PayPal sometimes hold money above $10 usd (Good and services) for new accounts. Is there any way at all to release it or do I need to wait 7-21 days?
