Hello! The same thing happened to me recently. A person from the USA wants to send me money through his Ally bank for a commission to my PayPal account. Since I am in Italy he tells me that before having the money in the account I have to get DISPATCHER CODE: $50 but he sends me to a site that does not concern his bank. It's the first time it happens to me and it's a strange procedure. How did you solve it?
