Hello! The same thing happened to me recently. A person from the USA wants to send me money through his Ally bank for a commission to my PayPal account. Since I am in Italy he tells me that before having the money in the account I have to get DISPATCHER CODE: $50 but he sends me to a site that does not concern his bank. It's the first time it happens to me and it's a strange procedure. How did you solve it?

Una persona (straniera, USA) vuole pagarmi inviando denaro tramite la sua banca Ally (USA) ma non ho ricevuto nulla sul mio conto PayPal perchè mi chiede di prendere un DISPATCHER CODE da 50$ solo dopo il soldi mi verranno accreditati sul mio Paypal. Mi sembra strano come procedimento ed è la prima volta che mi capita. E' una truffa? il link per il DISPATCHER CODE mi rimanda a questo sito
