(1st transaction and "for Family and Friends"). I requested a friend $400 I lent him; he sent the money as "for family and friends" but still got a message saying the money was being held. After clicking the "Know your options" link, I confirmed my identification, and submitted a few words about what the money was sent for, saying that it was money I lent him during a vacation trip we had together. Still, I got a notification about 4 minutes after my submissions saying "Your account access is permanently limited". I'm so confused on why I got that answer, and why so fast. I'm not even a seller, my friend sent the money with the correct label of "family and friends" and don't know what the issue may be. I don't know how to appeal for this, given that the written proof I sent was already an appeal I believe. How can I contact an actual person from the help center? Is it because now is not their operation time that I get transferred to a robot voice chat? Is it because my account is fairly new (1 month old at most) that I got this error? What can I do to fix it? I'm honestly so lost now. It's the first time I have used PayPal ever and I'm hitting dead ends right now. @kernowlass
