I have over the years accumulated multiple PP accounts, both business & personal. The emails and phone numbers to these accounts are inaccessible due to closure and being dis onnected or changed service provider. PayPal informed me that I would be eligible for certain benefits currently, except the syst will not allow it due to multiple open accounts using my info. Is there a specific sentence structure to ask PayPal to automatically close all accounts except the one I currently use? Or, is there a way to request closure of ALL my accounts, so I can start from scratch? Thank you in advance for any help with this, as it is driving me up a proverbial wall.
