Help! I met this seller at "Vinted " that suggested i should make the purchase using Paypal since they're going to have to pay Taxes if they sold the product on Vinted. Sent them the amount and after two days i found that the seller was selling the same product to other people ( the same product was published couple times after they sold it to me). I contacted them, they gave me a dumb excuse that it was Vinted that published it by error. I ran to Paypal and i opened a dispute in order to get my refund. The seller went nuts, told me they'll find my IP adress, that they're able to do very bad things, that i shouldn't be playing with them. Later we came to an agreement that if i close the dispute they will refund me by 2nd March once the money transfers to their bank account. Now they stopped responding and i can't re open the dispute as i have agreed to close it earlier. what can i do please help me. lost 100 EUROS;
