Hi I opened a Paypal personal account 5-6 months ago when i was in Germany (my home adress is in Romania) I received a business payment on the account & got immediately suspended. I refunded the money to the client & got paid direct to my bank account. I now want to use paypal again. Is there any way to ask them to reevaluate my stuation? I can reach support.

At PayPal, we value a safe community for our customers to do business. We noticed activity in your account that’s inconsistent with our User Agreement and we no longer offer you PayPal services.
