My friend sent me some money from his (unlinked to my paypal) bank account. He is also not a paypal user. As a novice, I needed the money on my Paypal wallet. So, I gave him my Name, email address and Paypal IBAN number (DE xxxx s.c.a.r.l ...... ). I have not received any sms nor email as regards the incoming fund. I ve used this IBAN number previously to remit fund from my bank account to my wallet so I presumed, direct transfer from his bank to my wallet should be faster inorder to complete my intended purchase. Please, what can I do to reclaim this money AND will bank chargeback be possible as I have limited deadline to complete the Order. As much as paypal is good, they lack clear instructions for seldom users. It is horrific, with so many contradictory procedures online.
