Yes, like i have mentioned to many people, many times, i have tried everything, please please please take a look at all of the feedback on the Google play store regarding this issue. Many people have found the feedback helpful and many have the same problem which indicates a wider issue. There is definitely something wrong and its not user error. Please can this be investigated further as soon as possible.
