Hello Hi,
I am unable to receive fund from my international friend. My profile saying "verify your account to accept payments from overseas customers". When I click, it is showing "upgrade to a paypal business account". I don't have any business details. My sole purpose to create paypal is for personal use i.e. to pay/receive money from overseas individuals. How can I receive money without upgrading to business types. Help Anyone? Thank You.
