Someone used my pay pal to pay for goods at boots for 156! But because I've used boots before won't do anything! I am totally shocked there is even a name and address of the person on there! Yet they have twice declined unauthorised payment I have spent hours on the phone to them but they still won't do anything they have put it through as a goods not received now which is not true as I didn't order anything I feel so let down by PayPal I'm so upset
