I just tried Paypal for the first time ever. I kind of messed up the "provide more information part on my first try and got my account limited, so I created a second account as I had no identification on me. On this one, everything worked fine and I got paid to my Paypal balance. However, I have no way to actually transfer that money to my bank account, since I can't do it through my card and when I try to link my bank account it says that I have it linked to too many accounts. I have already removed my bank account from the first Paypal account, so it is currently connected to 0 accounts. Is it possible to somehow delete my first Paypal account with limited access and make Paypal realise that I don't have my bank account connected to any Paypal account anymore?
