I've agreed with an internet seller on buying an item from them. They wanted it to go through Friends and Family and I refused. Told them I'd only pay via Goods and Services. They agreed and calculated 3.5% additional transaction fee. Never mind that. Then a money request comes for agreed amount that does not look like invoice to me. It just states amount and describes the item as a note. If I proceed with that payment and things go south, can I still open a dispute and expect resolution, or is this a rebranded Friends and Family request?
