I use PayPal for bookings for classes and knowing the dates that people want to come is pretty important. The email notification only identifies the class i.e. my own label in the product description. The info requested in two message boxes are (1) Name and (2) Workshop Dates, does not appear. However I have since learned that I can find the details by logging into PayPal and viewing them on the online payment record. It makes no sense at all - the details are collected by PayPal and they appear in the payment record online, but do not come through on the email. Surely both are generated from the same source? Just more fiddling about and time wasting.
