Hi, I need some information. I want to withdraw money on my vietnamese bank acount. I did the transfer but the bank (Sacom) returned the money because they said that they need an 8 digit code starting wit X in order to transfer the money to my personal bank account. Does anyone know which code they refer to? Do you have experience in this matter? I've been trying to contact paypal but for some reason there are never assistance available for support.
