Thanks for your answer, i have my account since 2018 but back then in didn't use it that much, only for very small amounts. Yesterday i transfered money from my bank account, and when i tried to purchase with PayPal i received an email saying that i had a 2500EUR limit. I needed to provide information using the bell icon for the notifications like you said, i did that, followed the steps and the only thing i could do was update my adress and change profile picture and so on. Maybe i did something wrong? The notification is GONE from the list though. I really don't know what to do. The only notifications left are these: • Cash out quickly Transfer money in minutes from PayPal right to your bank. • Shop with confidence Link a credit card to keep your financial info secure when buying online. • Changes to your account From September 11, 2023, updated Payment Receiving Preferences may impact the currencies that you can receive payments in. Please review your preference to continue with normal operation of your account. If i choose the last notification, it asks me to provide an "http://" URL for buyers. Could it be that I stil need to link my bank account? I always transfer money from my bank account to PayPal quickly without linking my bank. I hope you can help me out. Thanks! ... View more

Is my account limited?

When i try to make a purchase i get this message: "We couldn’t complete your payment for you. To get your payments working again, check your account or contact us".   I still have money in my account and i even tried to transfer it back to my bank account but an error message appears. Is there anyway to solve this? Thanks! ... View more
