Hello, My account is limited and passed 180 days now many days i will try to add my debit card for withdraw my balance but can't adding card. I send massage from massage center and calling many many times from phone to support. Massage after 7 days not receive any answer but in phone call every time paypal agent said make request to back office and now 7 days back office not check my account yesterdays new agent said me your request is send to wrong file and Now I don't know what I should be do. Paypal phone support just learn said Im sorry, I'm apologize and said we make request to back office. who is the back office team? How can direct contact them? Am I in joking? It means that PayPal is really so unplanned and unmanaged? Thanks
