I have been using paypal for many years and recieved a large payment off 8605 pounds for some work i did i contacted paypal who askded for my id i sent this they then permantly banned me for use thats inconsistent with there user agreement and that my money will be held for 180 days but reviewed every 30 days. When iv looked online im seeing in the usa they can confiscate the money is that the same in the uk the only thing wrong iv done is recieve friends and family payments into my account which was recently upgraded to a bussiness account and these family members didnt know.
