Hi! My account was limited for 180 days, and now I want to add a new Visa card to this account to transfer funds in it because my old Visa card which is linked to this account it's been closed before, I tried to add a new Visa card or to transfer funds to it, or to transfer funds to other PayPal account but I can't do non of that! I contacted customer service many many times and there is no response at all why????? I'm not from the US so I can't call them. I only want them to contact me back!!
