Paypal permanently limited my account with Reference ID: PP-L-381909542950 I tried to understand the reason but nothing more than what they mentioned (We noticed activity in your account that’s inconsistent with our User Agreement) which does not give me a specific reason. I waited 180 days to get my money back and it was done. I tried to close the account online but it doesn't work. I tried over the phone with customer service but they refused because it is permanently limited !!! This doesn't make any sense to me. Any advise on who I can close the account?
