Today, I mailed a package for my granddaughter. I invoiced her for the amount (about $12). She promptly paid me in full, but PayPal charged me $0.90. I quickly perused the article on fees, but the article left me not fully understanding this fee. I understand that if I want to move money from my PayPal account to my local banking account, I'll pay a fee if I want that money immediately. If I can wait a couple of days, there's no fee. So ... is there anything that my granddaughter or I could have done differently to avoid the fee?
