I returned a bank receipt because Instagram, whose financial mediator is Google Payments, kept censoring me by paying monthly for the verification symbol and I got fed up with its censoring policy being a real account. Well, Paypal closed the dispute yesterday in favor of Google Payments, put on "red numbers" my Paypal account and I find that today, November 23, it has charged me the same receipt again at the bank and I have returned it because I have my reasons for returning the receipt if I have not received good service. In addition, I told Paypal through Facebook messenger to request a customer service email from Google Payments since the "no-reply" email does not serve to request anything and let them know why I returned the receipt. I find it outrageous that Paypal charges receipts when I have sufficient reasons to return it. DON'T CHARGE IT ANYMORE!
