Hello, This morning i received an email by paypal stating that my account was permanently limited because "clients weren't satisfied with my agency". I want to specify that I am not an agency, I use paypal for personal uses and for group pays for presents or to split some money with friends for buying some products. The last activity I have made on my account was 9 friends giving me money we decided to split for buying a computer app that we are going to use toghether. Now i cannot use my paypal account due to the limitations, and my friend's money are there, locked. I contacted the support by phone call and they could not give me a clue on why the account was permanently limited. I am very unhappy with this situation, first because i haven't been given any clue of what terms I have violated, secondly because i use paypal for paying services such as Apple music or buying online, and lastly because my friends money are there, locked. Is there a solution to this? How can i get my account back? I honestly will no longer use Paypal if this issue won't be solved. Thanks to anyone who will reply and help me.
