Ok so my account is limited and I can imagine why - I was paying someone and they kept giving the wrong info so by the third payment it worked but after one refund and one cancellation- however, I’m not sure why my PayPal has been permanently closed. I’ve never had issues before so why I’m the first **bleep** up does it do this? I’m in Germany abs calling in German is not possible as I don’t speak the language. More than anything I want my money that is in there but I’d of course prefer my account back. I have plenty of ways to prove I am the account owner and need it back… it seems very hard to understand how I can rectify this situation
