Hi. I opened a dispute in the Paypal app with a seller because I was charged more than the item cost. The difference was refunded. However, I have not received the purchased product and I have tried to contact the seller (again) without any luck. I always get an automated answer to go to some support page and there I end up stuck without answers. Seems I can't open up another dispute about this in the Paypal app. I'm directed to contact seller which is not possible. So what am I to do? I just want my money back.
