We've got some response from PayPal:  "I am so sorry to hear of what is happening. I definitely understand your concern. I am apologetic that I do not have an answer of what is going on but I am glad I was able to get this matter reported to our back end technical support department. They have now been made aware of this issue as I have escalated it this on your behalf. I do not have a timeframe of how long this will take to resolve but I assure you they will be working on this to get the issue resolved as quickly as possible." ... View more

I woke up to see dozens of cancellation emails, as if this happened automatically (screenshot at the bottom)   I've been running a subscription-based service on PayPal Business for a few years now and nothing like that has ever happened to me before. There is no reason this could have happened. And there is no chance those users ganged together and simultaneously cancelled their subscriptions.   What do I do now? Where to report it? Is it reversible?   Did some hacker attack me?   (not 100% of subscriptions, but also not 1% - a significant percentage)     ... View more

It is not like that. I'm not adding a "virtual bank" exactly. Those "virtual banks" are using flesh & blood banks for some operations. For example, Wise was using routing number which turned out to be from Evolve Bank & Trust (now Wise moved to Farmers State Bank). It has been working just fine as I stated previously.   Revolut says to use 021000021 routing number, which leads to Chase Bank. But for some reason in case of Revolut multi currency account "Standard Transfers" from PayPal do not work. I'm wondering if anybody figured out a workaround. ... View more

@kernowlass what you wrote is not exactly true as I keep sending funds from Paypal US Business Account to Wise for more than 2 years now.   So the original topic stands reasonable - knowing that Revolut's routing number for USD transfers is [removed] (which appears to be run by Chase bank), I would like to be able to add Account Number and smoothly send money to Revolut just as I send to Wise. ...
