While trying to add my Revolut bank account to Paypay I get the message:
"This account needs a little help to link it. Contact us and we can help with that, or you can link a different account."
Is there something I can do on my own to solve it? If not, who necessarily to contact and how? I live in Rotterdam and my IBAN seem to be from Lithuania (starts with LT...), which is stated as supported by the app.

Then read mine again where I state you can't normally add a virtual bank. If you manage it then paypal won't be responsible for any missing funds.
There have been plenty of other folks like you that have managed to add a virtual bank but after using it many times suddenly lost a transfer and couldn't get it back again.

It is not like that. I'm not adding a "virtual bank" exactly. Those "virtual banks" are using flesh & blood banks for some operations. For example, Wise was using routing number which turned out to be from Evolve Bank & Trust (now Wise moved to Farmers State Bank). It has been working just fine as I stated previously.
Revolut says to use 021000021 routing number, which leads to Chase Bank. But for some reason in case of Revolut multi currency account "Standard Transfers" from PayPal do not work. I'm wondering if anybody figured out a workaround.
