Instead of using the offered Courtesy credit it use the money off my account. It did not use the courtesy credit as stated. I used my PayPal account at a vendor that accepts PayPal and I have it set to use on next purchase and it still took my money instead of using the credit. Now I’m being told that if I make a purchase it will come from the credit even though I already made a purchase after receiving the credit and it came off my account instead.
