On eBay I opened a not received case by accident(I meant to open a not as described case). I received an email saying I lost the NR case. But about 3 hours later I got an email from a customer support agent saying she reopened a case as IND. Unfortunately, I didn’t see the second email in time before I went to PayPal and accidentally opened an unauthorized transaction case. As a result the IND eBay case was voided and closed. I want to reopen the eBay case and close the PayPal dispute. What can I do?
