Hi, my paypal has already cleared the second transaction however it still says my balance is in the negatives? In my bank it says paypal took my money twice (because I topped up the balance and they also took it regardless) then they cleared the second one however on paypal it says my top up failed and my balance is still in the negatives. Do I contact paypal or my bank, or should I just wait it out? ... View more
