Since I'm no longer use my old phone#, I'm trying to add my new phone# first before removing the old one.
Somehow the paypal website kept telling me "Sorry, we are not able to process your request. Please try again later."
I also tried to add new number on Paypal APP, but system still shows trouble.
And I told online chatbot to add number for me, it says "I'm sorry, something stopped me from getting your information. Please contact us or try again later."
And I'm sure the format is correct, which is 10-digital without space.
Yo...what am I supposed to do now. The customer service number takes like forever to get through...Paypal is making me helpless and hopeless??
