I left a country permanently without disabling SMS authentication. So, I cannot loging to my paypal account which I created in that country. That is my bad, but I used this account to take UBER, and paid with it. I would like to reconcile the debt but I cannot login to the account, I cannot do anything. Can anyone let me know what I can do?
