I understand that you've submitted the tracking information to get your funds from hold. When you receive a goods & services payment, the money will be held for 21 days. You can refer this page for more information on payment holds. Once you submit the tracking information in your PayPal account, PayPal will release the hold approximately 24 hours after the shipping company confirms delivery to the buyer’s address. If you don't see any update after the time frame, please get in touch with the support team to check this further.
